What payment options are available?

Cash, cheque, debit & E-transfer.

Invoice values $3000 & under can be paid by CC.

Does NWI do insurance claims?

Yes, bring in your ICC form & we will work with your restoration company to get your home back to normal as soon as possible.   Please be aware of the process during a flooring claim:

  1. A sample of your flooring will be sent away for validation (NWI or your service company will do this for you).

  2. A quote will be submitted to your insurance company to obtain an approved value.

  3. You then can pick your product based on your budget allowance.

  4.  The details of your claim are required to be finalized & signed off with NWI in order to proceed.

  5. NWI will work with your service company to determine an install date.

Does NWI offer estimates?

Yes, complimentary quotations.   

How does NWI's guarantee our work?

NWI's Subcontracted Installers have a 1 year labour warranty.  Individual product warranties are specified by individual manufacturers.  

Install options:

Professional Installers are available or you have the option to manage your own install.  Third party installs are the responsibility of the customer; make sure your Installer is educated on the product.

NWI strives for your business; provide an official quote with the details of the product & price: NWI will match it providing it is the same product & quality.  We have many suppliers to work with and can find what you are needing, with in your budget. 

How can I best prepare for my NWI Showroom visit?

You have come to an exciting time of change.  Think about the colours you love, the textures you are drawn to and the materials that align with who you are.  Bring along your inspiration photos.  Email our Sales Team (admin@nuwestinteriors.com)  ahead of time if you have an idea you would like us to try and find a sample of.  The NWI Team is talented at finding your dream products and making it happen.

What is your refund policy?

Unopened in stock product must be returned 30 days from invoice date to receive a store credit.  Restocking fees of 25% may apply.  Custom orders are non-refundable.  Supply Only orders must have square footage details outlined & confirmed by your Contractor. 

How can I achieve satisfaction with my purchase?

Rely on knowledgeable help (there are a host of resources: Designers, Pinterest ideas, etc to help you visualize your goals). Take your time in selecting your product, take samples & try in your space.  Be clear with our staff: in your sample selections, rooms & quote confirmations.  New flooring materials will change the feel of your space.  Try to maintain an open mind as this adjustment settles.
