What payment options do I have?

Debit, Credit, Cheque & Cash.  Online invoice deposits, payments & E-transfer.

Does NWI service insurance claims?

Yes, bring in your ICC form.

Does NWI offer estimates?

We offer free estimates, but remember they are estimates.  Please review the square footage and product selections before agreeing to the project. We send experienced people to measure your space, however there are still variables that are unforeseen that dictate the final square footage used.  

We are unsure of what we really want, what now?

NWI has experienced Sales Staff that provide flooring solutions!  NWI isolates where you are wanting to put the flooring, what budget you are comfortable with & if your wanting something you can install yourself or want the convenience of one of our Professional Installers to do it for you.  

Can I expect Vacuuming following a carpet installation? For a small fee we can arrange for your Installer to Vacuum.

How does NWI's guarantee work?

Our Subcontracted installers provide a 1 year guarantee on their labour: if their workmanship is found deficient, we will have them return and resolve the issue if possible.  NWI's product warranties vary, carpet for example requires professionally cleaning every 12-18 months in order to qualify for warranty claims.  Once again, we make every effort to ensure the product that goes out of our doors is reliable & well suited to the space, limiting issues in this area.  Inquire on individual products for Manufacturer Warranties but be aware they do have limitations.

Regarding our Installers?

We make every effort to ensure the communication between NWI, the Installer & You goes as seamless as possible.  We contract to Professional Installers that we would personally be comfortable having in our home.   And although NWI does offer the service of managing your flooring project & choosing reputable, professional installers; we service many Supply Only projects in which you can choose the Installation *(it is the responsibility of the chosen installer to familiarize themselves with product specifications and to warranty their own work).

Price Match Gurantee?

NWI strives for your business; provide an official quote with the details of the product & price: NWI will match it providing it is the same product & quality.  We have many suppliers to work with and can find what you ever  need with in your budget.  

What is your refund policy?

Unopened in stock product must be returned 30 days from invoice date to receive credit.  Restocking fees of 25% may apply.  Custom orders will not be refunded (including tile, light orders & Schluter products).  If the project is Supply Only please have your Contractor confirm measurements, if NWI is doing the install we take care of this detail.

How can I achieve satisfaction with my purchase?

Rely on knowledgeable help (there are a host of resources, designers & even Pinterest/HGTV ideas to help visualize your goals). We're flooring experts, we'll do everything we can to get you where you need to be. Take your time in selecting your product, take samples & try in your actual space.  Be clear with our staff: in your sample preferences & quote confirmations.  New flooring materials will change your space & that indeed takes time to adjust.  Try to maintain an open mind as this adjustment settles & give yourself a pat on the back to be open to change in the first place!
